Hey Steve, paypal sent for the bumper on post 309. I sent my phone number if you have any questions. Look forward seeing it or hearing from you. I asked before for a list of needed hardware for installation. Please include that list if posssible.

Thanks again, Chad

You got it Chad! Thank you! I'll include the hardware so you're all set.

Hardware will be included with all sets for assembly...just not for winch mounting...

Reworked spare tire carrier...

A question was posed as to why the pricing for the carrier jumped $100. I'm now supplying all the hardware. The little double lock clamp in the center alone is $45...plus shipping. I didn't raise it that much to make a killing...

just to clarify on the LD and HD versions...its' all based on the outer shell. The Meat and Potatoes of the bumpers are the same...

Thanks.

No problem Sean,

I've been asked a lot about fully assembled units. Due to time constraints (on my end) I can't offer it as an option. My apologies.

So is that toggle latch holding the whole thing up with that little tongue being attached to the bumper? That looks different than what I saw you had before. I was going to ask you if I sent you a cad file of my bumper if we could work something out to get one of those set up on mine. Or if you could share an ipt./iam. with me and I could see what I would need to do and them I could send it back to you? I wouldn't need it welded or delivered. I still owe you some pins and bushings...;D

That latch is a double locking over center latch. Currently i have two single locking over center stainless units installed. I've tested them for a few weeks with zero issues. The new design makes it a single point release. It still has a failsafe design making it so the carrier doesn't go full droop without unlatching it.

What i had before was a 1" pin locking it in place...that didn't work as good as I had hoped...
