Anyone have custom filler Beja or gas caps? I am looking for some unique ideas and I am coming up blank. I don't like the look of the old style gas cap sticking out the side. Anyone of pictures of there's?

I love the copper/tangerine Bronco on WildHorses gallery [SOB 2007] and it has a different style filler for you. About 1/4 of the way thru the slideshow there are a couple from the driver's rear that show the filler pretty good. Might be a PITA with a hard top on tho. I tried a coupla times to save a pic and bring it over, but no puedo. :(

I like the way a regular old fuel door looks. I just took one off of some truck.

I was unable to locate it in a quick search but a few years back there was a Bronco with the gas filler neck hidden behind the left taillight. The light flipped down to reveal the gas cap behind it. That was the coolest one I can remember. I'll do a little more searching and try to find it.

I welded up both Gas holes. I put one here in the door jamb. I attempted to put the other behind the tail light lens but decided not to because of the difficulty trying to fit the gas nozzle in that small area. I put my other in the back wheel house. I will try to find you a pic. I used all ventless marine fill caps and vented the tanks and caps to the underside of the bronco. Let me know if you want the details.

I always thought that was very nice! I would like to see all of the details you can show.

Sorry for the random order... I am still not too good at posting pics. I tried to put them in order... The first pic is obviously the main tank fill. The last pic is of the back of the Aux fill in the door jamb. I used a type of Gates Hi Flex Fuel hose to route up to the Marine Fuel fills. Both fills are ventless to keep fumes out of the cab. I ran both vent hoses from the tanks to a brass tee. Then ran the tee'd off vent hose has high as I could in the fender next to the rear end vent hose. You need to be careful when fueling the bronco in both cases but I thought the look was worth the patience of fueling up slowly. I know when the hard top is on the fumes from refueling might be worse but If door or tailgate is open it shouldn't be too bad.

chriswitt, what is that piece in your hand? does that come with the cap assembly? just looking on ebay for something like that cap as that is the coolest place i can find to hide that outie gas cap that spoils the look of the rear fender (in my opinion) thanks nice job!

Was that Mystery Light's Bronco? Couldn't find a more closeup shot unfortunately.

The Piece in my hand/glove is just a short pc of 3-1/4" diameter steel tubing that I welded a flat pc to (after cutting it out with a hole saw.) the tube on the bottom was just put in for overflow purposes but really not necessary. When you over flow it.... it doesn't do jack!
