I was have'n the same problem...

I have a built up 351w with roller, alu heads etc... so we're prolly in ABOUT the same boat heat wise.

I have a HP 5 blade mech fan AND a 16" elect pusher both blown thru Chucks HD 3 core Radiator.

I got it back this fall and have not had a chance to test how it dose in 90 deg heat, but seems to be WHOOP'N ass as far as I can tell.

Cool thing is, it's basically got the same foot print as the stock radiator so no major mods to get it to work!!! It's just about 2 times thicker...;D

IF you decide to go with chucks rad and it STILL runs too hot here is what ya do:

1.) swap your headers for ceramic coated ones (Jet hot is about the best coating I know of)

2.) get a set of hood louvers off a 1980 Datsun 280ZX to further vent the hotness

3.) Make sure you have a shroud on your fan/fans

If yer still overheat'n... keep 150 lbs of ice under your hood at all times:p ...ok so the last one was a joke, but with those last few sugestions WITH a beefy radiator should keep ANY motor cool.
