D20 front popping out!?

Ok I have d20 with a Tera Low that has been in the truck for 3 years functioning fine. I just had 4:11's installed and NOW THE FRONT is is popping out of gear under load. I replace the front ball and detent spring a with new and even added a small shim to increase the pressure on the ball/spring.

Does anyone have a solution to this fix!?

Hey Matt - when I replaced my detent springs after adding the Tera Low gears, I noticed that one spring was a bit different than the other. Are you sure you put the springs back in correctly?

I did not notice any difference between the 2 springs!!????!

could the shift rod be worn in the detent? JB fab sells a nice set up to adjust the spring pressure.

Which case, T or J, and have you modified the rails in any way along with the Tera-low install?

Also, I recommend the JB fab adjustable detent setup.

I had to cut my rails and will look into the adjustable detent springs.

I never had any problems until I recently when I did a front E-Locker as well as new 4:11 gearing. It has started popping out after those upgrades were added.

I will report back!
