CO D20 Shift Rail Boot (Updated with Pics)

Guys, I have the rubber boot that covers the shift rails for the D20. I've asked some people locally about it and many have never even seen one. Is this something that would be desirable for anyone doing a true restoration?

*This is not the shifter boot that is inside the cab on the shifter. This is underneath the truck, covering the shift rails and shifter linkage.
