What was the color of the factory dash for a '71 bronco?

I'm building mine as a rock crawler, so perfect paint is not the goal butI would like to get close to the original color. I'm considering a careful rattle can job.

I have installed the Ditzler - 22780 for the Dash. This is a Light Parchment with a Satin finish. This is a very good match to the original.

If it's a crawler and you want to get "close" then Duplicolor Wimbledon White spray can will fool everyone except the real experts! It's not "correct" but close enough to look good. Plus it's available at all the chain car parts stores.

I put a clear satin over the WW to get the sheen more like original.

Your dash looks awesome! Can you tell me what the switches are for?

I took my dash out 10 years ago and flipped the glove compartment and radio speaker, specifically so the glove compartment door would clear the roll cage. The radio speaker will be hooked up to my two-way.

I also closed up the original factory radio hole so I have all that real estate available.

I plan on running a Dakota gauge cluster in the original location as well as the ignition switch, headlights and heater controls in the original positions. Other than that I'm looking for ideas.

I have a painless harness on the way with its custom plastic glove compartment.

Always looking for ideas!
