Dash fuel tank selector switch on 76 bronco

Now I know why my gas gauge is screwy. The dash fuel tank selector switch has all the wires unconnected. I found an orange wire that is loose and unconnected and wonder if goes to the selector. I'm also assuming I need to connect a ground wire

Any help is appreciated

No ground wire to the fuel gauge switch.



...unless you install electric fuel pumps &/or switching valve.
