Is there somewhere I can decipher the BODY code on the glovebox. Broncohio has all the axle codes and such, but nothing on body codes.
TB on a '76 for those that are interested, but I'd like to look up some more too and the one on my '72 too.

Thats a tough one I have a ford repair manual for 76 and it has very little info on body codes and TB doesnt compute although the B is a trim code and may stand for Ranger but it also says the seats are vinyl which rangers had vinyl seats with cloth inserts the only place a T is used in the 76 manual is for paint color which T is for candyapple red. I also have a parts interchange book but it says the trim/body codes for bronco is unlisted so they dont have any info on it either. Dont know if this helps any at all but maybe someone else has the info.

Hey,

I have a TB on my '76. I have the Explorer Package with the blue door panels, etc...Not much chrome on the Explorer's usually except the body/beltline chrome trim. Mine is even missing that, not sure if the PO took it off or it was never on it. Do you have a good pic of yours inside and out?

Hope that helped a little.

Blue,
I think we have twins separated at birth. Wish mine was as nice as yours. :'( Yeah, I had to scrape the body on this one. Nothing left. Did you get the pictures? The drivetrain is going in a donor though anyway.
But yeah, TB and I've got blue all vinyl interior, Explorer package, but no chrome trim what so ever. No holes for any either. It didn't have it. It did have front bumperettes. Dash was painted to match. I still have some other pieces, interior included, that I need to get from the PO soon. I'll find out if the top was painted to match too. I'll keep ya posted.
