Is there anything I can do to the body. I was gonna put on the hydro boost brake system and throttle linkage. Anything else easier to do with the body on the cart still.

Also what are these two holes for. Just realized my fuel lines are covering them.

Also the front springs and shocks are about the only things I kept from the PO. It looks like either the shocks are too long or the springs are too short. both sides look like this. The rear lift was 2.5 so I assumed the front was as well. Is there an easy way to tell the size of the front lift components?

At this point (with no weight on the suspension to speak of) you would need the part numbers off of the shocks. Or, if you remove them again, get some measurements.
That way you can determine if they're correct for your intended use.
But don't go by the protective boots. That's just how the Bilstein boots seem to work until you get them either dialed in, get lucky, or get them gone. If they really bother you, it's ok to remove them.

As for the holes, maybe it's for the clutch linkage? Or perhaps the brake proportioning valve on a '76 or '77 Bronco?
Since yours is a '70, the brake bracket would have been too many years in the future for Ford to have already started putting them into the design of the frame.
So probably for the frame end of the clutch linkage anchor point. For the "Z-bar" cantilever thingy.

I think Dirtdonk is right. Looks like the Z bar linkage mounting point I had mine on the frame and we just dropped the body onto it and my body guy had to take it off to get the body clearing so he could mount it now I have to put it back with the body on . Yikes
