Having been born in Denver I am stoked to own a Denver Edition bronco(even if it is only a paint scheme)! Would I rather have a stroppe, No! I drove my D.E. home for 3500 bucks and love it![/QUOTE

I bet you are! What are your plans for it? I think there's another up in the Chico/Sac area I've seen before....they're around in NORCAL!

A Denver Bronco is up for auction at Russo and Steele Las Vegas

I'm a little biased myself to Denvers (found 2) as I would keep mine. But I'd snag the next Baja I could get my hands on without any hesitation. What leaves me scratching my head is that the Denver up for auction that reached $36k on eBay and now is hoping for more and R&S?! Didn't you have your Stroppe for $38k andyp? If this is a new trend I'm really liking where the Denver market's going! What makes that Denver so special to warrant that price? Besides the frame-off...

Probably nothing all that specail except its in a well known auction where bigger money tends to be. A well done frame off helps and if there are collectors that have to have the one of 77 well that helps jack up the price. If it went for 36K on ebay its really iffy if it will go for more in another auction. You can never tell sometimes they sell high sometime way lower than you would think. All depends on whos buying. You got guys buying POS's from company's for $30k that none of us would pay $5k for.

There was one Denver for sale a couple of years ago I would love to have. It was a ranger model with BLUE interior

That denver Bronco is nice, would be nicer with an original floor mate though. I don't see it bringing much more then 36K at auction 42K if things get nuts.

Had a guy chatting with me at he pumps about this last night, he saw mine and said it had been awhile since he had seen one and asked if I remember the Denver ones and I told him I had never heard of them. I was thinking he must have seen a Stroppe and assumed it was a Denver themed Bronco. Now I know!! Id still rather have a Baja, not a big Donkey fan. :p
