Picked these up the other day for ..... $50 bucks for the set of 4... I have been looking for a set for a good while now. Not that I need them, just wanted them you know! I don't even know what I am going to put them on yet!

Seems like a decent deal to me. You'd be hard pressed to get a matched set of 4 wheels of any type for $50 these days.

Thanks! They measure out inside to inside at 8.5" so I would assume that means they are 15x8.5 right?

real good deal. I got the exact same set of wheels for $100 (with old 31x10.5s on 'em)

x2 on the polishing (if you don't sell them to Elkhart first!) them up. There's another thread here from just a week or two ago about just that project. Good reading. Do a search for wheel polishing and you'll see some of those old aluminum wheels looking amazing!

Thanks! I was just about to do some searching on how to polish them up. I actually picked them up two weeks ago at the All Fords in Carlisle of all places. Found them late in the afternoon on Saturday. I couldn't believe they were still there!

I know a guy that was at a swapmeet and bought a set of those for $50, but later realized that the seller meant $50 each and just screwed up.
Is that possible?

It is possible I guess. I handed the guy 50 bucks and he took them and put them under his truck for me until I came back to get them. He would have had a lot of time to realize I didn't give him $200 I guess. He said he had them for years on an F150 with 38's on them so they were at least his to sell.
