• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

    Discuss it more here:

  • The Classifieds forum is a place to buy and sell, not an open forum for people to give their opinions on Bronco values. Unless the seller specifically asks for help on pricing, please don't critique quality or asking price. If you're not interested then move on.

    Thanks!

Price: $ 5000

Transmission: 1995 Dodge gas model (1-1/8"x10 spline input, 23 spline output). I rebuilt it using OEM New Venture Gear parts as a precautionary measure. Reverse light switch visible in photo works, just needs to be spliced into Bronco wiring. Has about 75k miles on it and the transfer case.

Transfer case: Bought new in 2005, has then-optional 32 spline front output, both yokes set up for 1310 CV u-joints. Standard speedometer drive, I don't remember which gear but it's accurate with 4.56 axle ratio and 35" tires.

Other parts:
  • Advance Adapters adapter plate for small block Ford bell housing to NV4500.
  • Advance Adapters shifter cane for the NV4500.
  • Crude-but-effective home made tool for R&R of said shifter.
  • Bronco-specific Atlas t-case shifters.
  • Old but good transmission shifter boot.
  • New shifter boot for t-case shifters.
  • Advance Adapters crossmember. I had to modify it a bit because the holes for the trans mount were in the wrong place, apparently a problem 20 years ago.
  • Rubber transmission mount. Looks good but I’d probably replace it just because.
  • Centerforce clutch with correct disc for NV4500. Clutch has about 5k miles on it, I installed it when I first did the 408 swap a few years ago.
  • Front and rear drive shafts with 1310 u-joints. Used, around 15k miles on them but serviceable. Correct lengths for a Bronco with 2-1/2” nominal lift.
  • Some (not all) fasteners.

Interior photo shows where shifters are located on the transmission tunnel.

Selling because I finally did something I swore I would never do, installed a 4R70W automatic.
Price includes truck freight shipping to the 48 states. Will reduce price for local pickup. PM me for details.
