Someone post a question if anyone knew anybody fromAlice Texas to check on a Bronco, I'm from Alice and asked the person to pm info. Haven't heard from the poster, do any of you think there might be something going on with this, I have checked the local Craigslist and nearest one is in Corpus.I know of some that don't run and know the owners but the owners said they would never sell, guess things could change. This is a first time poster ( mbhaddad) ,with so many things happening nowadays it has me wondering.

Are you referring to the person/poster who wanted you to check out a bronco in Alice texas? Maybe they're working, lost their phone, or are bad at getting back to people. I don't know how it would be a scam maybe there was an ad on Ebay or facebook the poster saw? I asked earlier on here if someone could check out a bronco in AR but no one ever got back to me. I even messaged a few folks on here. I wouldn't lose any sleep just make just make sure if they get back to you get a phone number and call ahead to see if theres a bronco there and either bring someone with you or at least tell someone where your going....good luck

Maybe he couldn't close the deal because someone else bought it. Move on.

I agree with all the replies guys, it's just that I thought I knew of all the early broncos in this little city as I had been looking for one for a while ( finally found one ). Perhaps I should have worded it different. Around this parts there are not many, I apologize, didn't mean it as derogatory, also around here one has to be very careful. I would probably not live my bronco far from my eye sight, such a shame though, when I was younger this city was not like this, and I am 68 now, but then the whole world has changed. Still hope he'll pm, I'd like to see it.

I was born in 1970 not as old but times have changed. There are a lot of scammers out there. Its easy to see a car/truck you want and just go nuts and loose all metal control LOL and get scammed or taken advantage of. Does anyone know how to tell if a car/truck as has been stolen? I ready a story a while back someone bought a car come to find out it was stolen. Guy stole the pink slip as well. Car had been reported stolen The buyer was out all that money. yikes!! Beware!
