Door jam adjustable plates

I did a search but was not find in what I am looking for.
Putting new front clip on (inner and outer fenders) and I am trying to adjust the doors. But the bolts are stripping out. Did not open up that area that holds the hinge plates. Does anyone sell the tapped plates or do I have to make my own? I need to do some looking but I may need to open up the area to replace them. Tapping them while in place looks tuff...
Any input, links, pictures, would be greatly appreshiated. ;D

Thanks Gary

You can also leave them in place, mig weld the holes, drill the holes, re-tap the holes. That is what I did for two of them (holes) because I did not want to tap one size bigger.

Thank you everyone for the input.
It helps to search for the right thing %) my bad.
That is is what I was afraid of (more holes) but at least they will be behind the fender. I am going to replace all four, just because ( the bolt holes are not going to get any better over the years and I want to be able to adjust the doors so the body lines line up with the new front fenders.

I could make my own plates but those are inexpensive enough to use my time on other things that need attention.

Thanks again Gary:cool:

I looked at the way other people did it, biggest issue was access.
SO I did it this way, posting pictures of how I cut (before & after).
