Im not a body man or a mechanic but im a jerry rigger from way back!! I have been fighting a broken bolt in my door post for a while now and yesterday I fixed it!
I hit the bolt with a punch to dill it out and when I did the bolt cam out! I tried to cut threads but there was nothing there to cut so i took a fender clip cut it in half stuck it in the whole welded it up grounde it down sprayed some paint and fender was on!!
This may not work and it may! Just throwing this out there as a possibly cheap solution you can do yourself!!
