Door window opening measurements

Anyone got a minute to measure the door window opening from the bottom to the top .Ive got a pair of doors that had removable window frames that the PO welded in place but they're both different, one measures 19 3/4 ''front and back and the other is 19 1/2 '' at the front and 19 1/4'' at the rear, I think the drivers is close at 19 3/4'' but just wanted to be sure before I start hacking. Any help would be great, Thanks.

from metal to metal i got 19 3/4 front and rear. thats not from trim to trim but top of door to bottom of window frame.
