What about a 3.15 gearset in the D20? saves you needing to rework the drivelines, crossmember, shifting, etc......

ATV MFG (Herm the overdrive guy has them in stock), they also machine the idler gears for D18/D20s to use a bearing like a 205. Eliminating the thrust washers, and allowing you to use an actual gear-lube in your D20. They are old school Spicer guys and have a huge amount of knowledge, parts and practical experience with Spicer gearboxes
