I recently bought a D60 from a 1994 ford dually. I got a 14-bolt rear axle also. The pair for $150. My question is about converting to single rear wheel. I have done some research and found that I can use current spindles but need the srw hubs from same era. This axle has the caliper bracket cast into the knuckle. Do I need to get the hub/rotor combo or separate hubs and rotors? I will have other questions as I progress with this swap as far as building my own radius arms etc. Thanks

All you need is a Ford single wheel hub for a f350 or the correct GVW F250 from any OBS truck. The correct F250 hub uses the same lockout as the dually hub so identification is easy. The dually and single wheel use the same rotor too if my memory is right. They are easy to locate on eBay , just looked there are several available. By the time you get the right hubs you will have quadrupled your investment, $150 for both axles is a steal.

You’ll need the SRW hub and separate rotor setup not the hub/rotor combo. The combo style was used on earlier kingpin axles, while your ball-joint D60 uses a slip-on rotor that mounts behind the hub.
