dayum, just went through his build thread...no detailed pics on the exhaust.

speaking of build pics...where are yours lol

are you running body lift also? chuzie has 2"BL, long tube headers, and we used mandrel "U's" from summit to run it 90* up,90*out between frame/body,then 90* straight back with flows and turn downs...mufflers are just outside the frame. send him a PM and he can get some pics for ya,Chuck

2"body-the plan is to do some kind of sway bar link on the rear when I drive it and see what it does. Maybe like the currie sway bar set up.

my bad Casey...its not a currie...it the Hellwig (HERE) i got the front coming...do you plan to do trails and street? if so ,i might look at curries rock-away sway...one that doesnt have to be disconnected for trails.

as for exhaust...its super tight in the back, thats why we dumped it out before the 4 link mounts. i think you might also be able to do a 2 into 1 on the pass side...that would be easier i think

This is what I ended up with. If I was going to use flowmaster 40s, and that is what I wanted to use, this is how I had to do it. NO I did not want to use cherry bombs because they flow better and have no drone at cruising speed. I did not want to do 2-1 for whatever reason is available. Once I check for leaks in those not so great welds I will clean and do some black VHT.

Looks like you did an excellent job! Although, I do think that exhaust design is copyrighted. Hehe!

The floor heat on mine is definitely present. I suggest a heat shield of some sort.

very nice work on that, but you will want to put some alum heat shields on there cuz it's gonna be like a sauna in there

I have a pic on the next to last page of my build thread... On my mobile now and can't copy the pic link over. I know you said not a 2 into 1, but that's what I did. The pipe is siamesed together right where the passenger side drops down, then in and out of the Flowmaster. It kicks back over and runs down the middle of the bed (no fuel tank) and dumps just behind the bumper.

That is one of the routes I looked at, but couldnt or didnt spend enough time on figuring the tailpipe out. I actually had both pipes mocked up like that and was considering a y pipe but decided against it. It is drastically more quiet than I anticipated. You can hear the roar of the tires and carry on a conversation with pass and no top yet.

SC74 I would like to see a pic of the back of that exhaust!
