I'm building my 71 with the Dynacorn 1 piece floor pan and 1 piece firewall/cowl. We have tried everything and the 2 pieces won't go together. Am I missing something? I heard the 1 Piece cowl is modeled after the 66. I tried all over and all under and part over and under.

Pics would help but then again it IS dynacorn and there is a chance one of the pieces is manufactured incorrectly or damaged. Unfortunately there is no way to know without measuring everything individually. Does one piece fit better with the rest than the other? Start with the one that fits worst and measure. There are a lot of body measurement charts available. Where did you purchase the parts?

I'll put some pics out a little later. The parts look great and undamaged to the eye. I called Dynacorn for specs. and they didn't have anything for me. Thanks Hozr. I've been looking for measurement charts. Haven't been able to find any. Just getting back in the Bronco world after 18 years.

When you slide the toe board lip under the floor board does your lip hit the tunnel brace , and leaves a gap between tunnel and firewall .Also the outer corners of floor board and the fire wall does not come together all the way . That's the way mine is and looks bad , going to use seam sealer to cover that. Also new door post at the top and the windshield don't come together leaving big gap .I'm afraid the replacement parts are not the best . Good luck I'll be watching your post .
