Ok, here are a few pictures of the bench seat. It looks like someone recovered it without removing the original seat cover. Anyway, it's flat on the bottom and has a bracket that fits on the passenger side floor. It's the right width, too.

Does it look like an original seat? I can remove the top layer of seat cover if needed.

There should be a bracket with two holes in it along the driver's side towards the front. Either it's just missing or it's not a bronco seat. Is it fixed upright or will it fold forward?

That looks like it's out of something else, if you look at the front where it sits on the floor its curved. Bronco seats are flat all the way across. And I'm pretty sure you can see the springs on the underside, not all that sheet metal.

Doesn't look like an EB front bench to me. The sliders look correct but the flat metal frame at the bottom is incorrect, there's a curvature in the middle that isn't correct, and the gap between the seat and driver floor seems too large.

Compare it to these photos of an actual EB front bench.

Hello- I’m trying to make sure I source the correct fabric for my 68 U14 bench seat. SMS says the “matchstick” portion of my seat should be parchment, but mine appears to be more of a blue/grey. Wondering if anyone can help me with the correct color and/or place to source from. Thanks so much!

That's stock upholstery for a non '66 front bench

Correct. I have a 1968 U14 that I’m trying to source the stock upholstery for.

What do you mean correct? You asked if it was stock upholstery. If you knew it was, why did you ask? The upholstery on your seat is what would have come stock on '67 - '71 front bench seats.

Thanks for the reply… Just trying to find a place to find the correct upholstery to replace. SMS is saying the correct upholstery is parchment for the seat. I can see that is right for the the outer part, but the main part that they call “matchstick” appears to be darker than parchment. Trying to find what the correct color is. Thanks!
