I haven't been driving my rig for about a year now and today after installing new radius arm bushings on the test drive I noticed the check engine light was on. I do a check with the scanner and pulled code 41, hego.
The efi was installed about 3 years ago but hasn't been driven much since. I am using an A9S, 351W, C4 and all sensors are new, any thoughts?

I'll check in the morning to make sure that I didn't pull the wiring on one of the 02 sensors while putting in the new bushings. :)

41 is system was lean, which means it was actually running rich (efi is backwards). Check and make sure HEGO's are plugged in. After that make sure you use your scanner to clear the memory. If check engine light pops back on you may have a bad oxygen sensor. You can search the net to find out how to bench test an oxygen sensor to be sure.

That is what I was thinking last night. Being that I was underneath it around where my 02's are located that i may have damaged one or pulled the wiring when the radius arms popped off their mounts. I'll give it a look after it warms up a bit this morning.
