EFI code retrieval?

Have a 91 5.0 EFI with Painless EFI harness. Truck died when driving, started back up about 30 minutes later. Once home tried to retrieve codes using scanner and just the fuel pump runs. I've used scanner before to get codes, is the ECM fried?

Continuous fuel pump run indicates ECM fault. It can be repaired. Contact EFI guy about his services. If you search through his post he cover your same issue.
