i swapped a motor from a 86 f150 into my offroad bronco. my problem is that it will run for about a 1/2 mile then die. if i wait about 15 minutes it will start and run all day without an issue. ive checked for loose wires, bad grounds, etc. this has happened many times and its always the same thing, run for awhile, die, start and then run allday. any help would be appreciated. thanks

Change the TFI module and or the hall sensor too, sometimes easier to change the whole distributor than mess with R&Ring the gear to replace the hall sensor, but my money is on the TFI module
