EFI harness on stock 302, what does alt wire go to?

I'm working on installing fuel injection on my stock '72 302 with a RJM type harness. So far so good but I can't figure out where I would connect the lead that is meant for the alternator. I'm assuming that if I had a mustang alternator, 2G?, this would be obvious and it would just plug into the back of the alternator but I have the original style alternator with the external regulator on the fender. The directions are really ambiguous with this connection. Anybody have any ideas on this. Thanks for any help.

In that case you don't connect the RJM alt wire to anything. Use your old alt wiring.
