EFI stall stutter issue

Here is what I have. 351w, mustang fuel injection, gt40 upper and lower.

When the engine comes up to temp, and after you sit at a stop light idling, it will stutter/stall when accelerating. If you roll out off the stop, and lightly push the accelerator, it won’t. If you accelerate as normal, it will stall, engine light flashes, let out of gas and it picks back up and is fine.

I have changed the fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, and TFI, motor craft. Nothing has helped. Ran codes with a reader. KOEO codes, 81,82,85, 84. I also get a 95 and 96. But I have a fuel cut off switch for security that I think might cause that if I start with fuel pump off.

Any ideas to check? I made it do it in my driveway last night by putting it in drive and holding the brake. Only does it under load, never when I park. Will do it sometimes when shifting from 1st to second. It is a completely dead for a second, not a miss. Either absolutely no fuel or no spark.

Check the TPS with a volt meter, there may be a dead spot in it
