EFI swap done; won't start after it's hot

I just finished my EFI swap!! I took the intake parts, EEC from a '91 Mustang and used the Painless wiring harness to complete the job. It will start cold every time; it idles nice and runs great. Once I get it up to temp. and shut it off, it won't start again. It cranks but won't start. It sounds like I lost fuel or spark. I pulled a plug to confirm that I have spark and my pressure guage shows that I have fuel pressure.
Any suggestions?

I have only tried waiting about 1 hour and it won't start. If I wait until the next day, it will start flawlessly, everytime.

The computer is somewhat hot, but is has also been mid 90's all week. I don't think that it's getting too hot. I haven't been able to narrow it down the the injectors yet.

this is what happens when you wire pin 30 wrong, the 5 volt trace in the computer burns up.
when cold the computer is in closed loop,, no sensor input.
when warm >170 degrees its in open loop looking for sensor input, but with out 5 volt reference to the sensors no sensors input.

pull off the TPS plug and see if there is 5 volts on one of the wire with the key in the run position.

pull off the TPS plug and see if there is 5 volts on one of the wire with the key in the run position.
Or just pull the codes. If that 5 volts is missing you'll get codes on all the sensors.
