EGR Spacer Plate Replacment

My EGR Spacer plate is corroded away on one of the inside barrier walls, I would like to replace it with another like it. Although my EGr system was closed off upon further inspection. I would like to have the capability to enable it if Michigan ever re-instates emission laws. I can't seem to find a replacement plate though. If I can't find one w/ the EGR valve ports, what aftermarket spacer will do the trick? It is 1" thick. for a 302, 2-barrel 2150 motorcraft Carb

Summit racing sell 2 barrel carb spacers. You can post up in the parts wanted section for a used one. Someone should be able to hook you up cheap.

Didn't find it on-line, but I called Summit and hooked me up w/ thisfor $50. Summit # EDL-8057. Pony didn't have anything, but the guy there did say that it could be welded and repaired. I would just rather have a fresh spacer though. Again, thanks for all the help guys.

CRAP!!! This won't work either!

------that's not going to work for you on the stock manifold,, that spacer is for bolting a 2 barrel(2100,2150,holley 2300 series) on to a square bore 4 barrel EGR manifold such as their performer 302(the performer 289 is the no EGR version),, I think that adapter will also bolt on to the stock ford 4 barrel EGR manifolds,,

Yeah, I noticed that after I looked at it again, its a 4-2 barrel adapter, ~sigh~ this sux. Although the guy at Pony Carbs said I could have my old one welded. I would rather have a new/used one

Damn, I threw one away

w/ a manifold and block off plate b/c no one wanted it. I gotta think they are a dime a dozen (literally) at any junkyard w/ 70's early80s stuff.

Thanks Naildriver111, I bought that one off Ebay. Now that nipple off the front, i did not have on my old one. Do I hook the PCV valve up to that? I have a Breather cap on driver side cover, pcv on the passenger side cover.

Yep, thats for the stock PVC hose. now pick up the upper and lower gasket from the part store, and you'll be in business.
