Yes, this is a very good option. It was an easy install. Definitely get the ignition switch adaptor harness and upgrade the wipers with an intermittent switch. If you arent real sure about it...try performing a search using the tab just above the thread...the search engine here actually works--well. There are alot of threads covering the various wiring harnesses available and lots and lots of opinions, tips and pics can be found. Good luck with your project and welcome to ClassicBroncos!

I too really like the centech but the instructions are fuzzy. I did install the new painless 20 circuit on ROKDWLR's bronco and I was very impressed. It is more expensive doesn't come with the loom but incredibly high quality with outstanding instructions for us not so great electrical guys. If you are running any extras (i.e KC lights, winch, air locker) you will really like the painless it is outstanding and I feel it is higher quality than centech but you also are paying more. Good luck, BI

I Have a Centech, 1000 watt driving lights, Halogen headlights, medium size stereo with amp, electric fuel pump and love it. Does the Painless kit come with extra relays and maxi-fuses for high demand accessories? IIRC it does come with a weatherproof fuse board though. That is a plus for Painless.

Centech all the way. Good service good quality and fairly easy to install. When I first opened the box I was a little discouraged but after laying it out, no problem..
