Explorer 5.0 SERP question

Please correct me if I’m wrong, I looked and couldn’t find an answer.

So with the fan and the fan clutch for a explorer 5.0 SERP swap. You can use the fan and fan clutch from a explorer 5.0 or from an explorer 4.0. Same years 96/2000
for the exp 5.0 swap. I know the don’t interchange 5.0 fan with 4.0 fan clutch, etc
but as long as you have one or the other complete. It will work

Is that right?

That's the way I read it as well. I'm using a 4.0 fan and clutch.
