I have a 99 Explorer fuel rail, the cross over tubing in the rear is damaged. It looks to be 11/32 hose. Has anybody fixed this problem before?

I've replaced it with fuel injection rubber hose and clamps to make it fit on 351w intake.

Do you remember what size hose? I bought some 3/8 EFI hose and it’s way too loose on there. Seems to be 11/32 hose but I can’t find any EFI hose in that size that’s not 25’ long.

Gotta use 5/16. Make sure it is high pressure hose and clamps. Use good quality stuff; you don't want high pressure fuel to spray everywhere. I've used the stuff from NAPA.

YES, EFI hose but make sure you use the high pressure hose CLAMPS. I used two on each end because I get worried about fires... I also run 60 psi to my injectors

I'll hit Napa for some 5/16 efi hose and clamps tomorrow. The original hoses were suspect to start with, then I tig welded a -6AN fitting on the feed side and it melt them to death, which I figured would happen.

The stock fuel connection ran directly into the factory Bronco body wire harness at the firewall. I cut the end off and used a steel AN fitting.

I used a MAPP gas torch and bent the feed and return lines toward the drivers side.

I tried some gentle persuasion with heat at first but it ended up getting cut off at the base of the flange. Counter sunk fitting slid over the tube and tig welded up. I’ve done other lines this way and it’s worked, hopefully this does the same.

Got the 5/16 line and clamps on today! Thank you!

I've done similar with silver braze. Should work great.
