Explorer timing cover oil pan to timing cover bolt sizes?

Hello guys, I am doing a Explorer Serpentine swap and ran into a problem. I was unable to get the bolts that go through the oil pan and into the timing cover. There are 4, 2 smaller bolts and 2 larger bolts. Does anyone know the correct size of these 4 bolts? I do not see these in the tech article. I thought I could just reuse the bolts that I already had in my 93 351W but the smaller bolts are not threading in and I do not want to strip the aluminum timing cover.

1/4-20 on the small ones. 5/16 18tpi should be the larger ones near the crank. they are about 3/4in long.
