So which shock #'s (rancho or bilstein) would be good to use on the front of a dual shock mount (with the rear shock) removed, with stock radius arms and 3.5" lift coils (offset radius arm bushings are installed)?

I dont have any advise here since you would need to measure your maximum compression followed by maximum extension (at the shock location) and then compare with the shock specs. I would take the coils out and use a jack to move the axle up and down to see.
