Factory Steering Wheel Options?

I have the factory '73 steering wheel but thinking of downsizing. However, don't want to go aftermarket. Is there a stock wheel in a different Ford or other manuf. that is a straight swap? If so, what make, model, and year(s)?

I got this one from a ~78/79 mustang II in junkyard, think I gave $10 maybe $15, it wasn't much. Not the best pics but maybe you can see what it looks like
