I’m kinda like the hub caps that are on it. Where can I find some and what other Broncos and/or cars did they come on?

I like them too. I put them on a 69 half cab I had. They are pretty common dog dish caps from 80's F150s.

I found this picture of what it looked like when my uncle had it. He either traded the full hard top for the half cab or made it from it. Either way it is gone now but I like the hub caps.

Incorrect. All EB rims have the inner hubcap bead like his. As shown in post #10.
Oh no Mr great justino... We aren't talking about anything to do with the hubcap and the attachment. Where I'm from, the 'bead of the tire' or the 'bead of the rim', refers to the sealing surfaces where the two meet.

On '66 and '67 wheels there is no inner bead on the rim. They are like the 16.5 truck rims or big truck tires that do not have an inner bead. Of course, there's other differences like Okie4570 mentioned, but the two easiest ways to distinguish the difference in '66-67 wheels is the lack of the inner bead and the rear rim side taper to the wheel center.

To illustrate this, these are '66 16" wheels in the blast cabinet and then a picture of a '68 and later wheel. Also a word of caution about installing '66 hubcaps on non-'66 wheels. The ID is slightly different and the '66 hubcaps can easily come off the rim....

Anyway...sorry for the longwinded reply, but I had to clarify....

I have confirmed that it has the eyebrow grill and the tailgate that proves it was early production Bronco but not sure what value it adds.

It doesn't ad value on the bronco, if you were to sell those to someone wanting to buy them it would greatly increase the price of them over the standard grills and tailgate. Same goes for your hood.

Thanks for the info. I like this forum already.

Where is a good source for new wheels then? I am thinking black to offset the white paint.

If it were a Jeep Wrangler, I would know just where to go but my usual places don’t offer anything for a 1966 Bronco.

You definitely found the best site on the net. Welcome aboard!!
