LMAO.. Fuc* me.. I rebuilt the damn transfercase too had the whole damn thing apart. Never knew. The joys of deciphering what the p/o did.

I will say walking back into the garage and seeing it again after 5 years sure turned back the clock. Glad to be back on this forum again. Awesome seeing and remembering all of the "old" names too. This place fkn rocks.

Maybe now i'll do something about the rusty floorboards, maako paint job, Oh.. crap.. Thought the harley forums were bad :)

Got the mounts flipped around. Wasn't too painful. Found the p/o used some aluminum spacers to raise the crossmember up to "useable" level. However... Now the cobbled/welded shift linkage isn't working right. Too short/wrong angle or something. Got it close but a nudge will bump it out of park. Going to order up a new one tonight to fix that.

Troubleshooting the park switch on the trans I seem to have made the blinkers and heater fan not work though.. Headlight works, Gauge lights aren't coming on. Didn't pinch any wires that I can tell..

Can the voltage regulator cause these problems? It seemed pretty warm when I checked it.
