Missing the big bearing small drum rears. Medium duty axle for 74-76? Odd year things that can't be accounted for. I have a '74 steering column with a '73 steering wheel. No side stripes on a Ranger. Don't know if the stripes were an option. Mine never had them. It does have rocker chrome trim. Just oddities.

You need to thoroughly read and use ToddZ's book for a reference. He did the best job yet capturing all of these little variations, including those that are routinely skipped in most Bronco histories.
