I finally dropped of my 67 bronco in the shop. I bought it a little over a year ago and I have gotten a painless harness and a few other nitpicking things done. I just dropped it off in the shop today for paint. They are going to take a few rust spots out of it (not many, just one in the engine compartment, a few here an there).

I have a hard time that I am going to put on it. I also am having an ac installed.

I am thinking white on white for the final paint. With black trim on the flares and a black roof rack and possibly a cargo carrier on top of that. This is going to be a weekend driver.

I will try and post pics as it rolls along.

I am not absolutely sold on white. Any suggestions for a Bronco with a steel top?

Any other suggestions welcome.

Here is how it looks now....

white is a great color but not sure i would go with a black top, black trim yes, but I dont know about black top unless it is a soft top.i have not picked out a color yet, guess i can sympathize with my wife now when she picks out paint for the house ;D

Great job sure makes your sloppy winch look bad. I'm glad you didn't choose that non color.

Looks good. How long were they expected to take? ;D

Because of the profit margins on insurance jobs vs. collector car work,
I have experienced the same.

These folks are clients/friends of mine and I told them to take their time and do it when they had time. I have about 5k in the project. Pricey, but they took the exterior down to bare metal and replace the hood, tailgate, filled a bunch of holes, etc. It looks better than the pick because of the paint dust. I am very hapy so far.
