I find it odd that people are bashing Fitech support. Is this first hand knowledge, or just friends of friends, and is now an urban legend? My first hand account with fitech was great. They even called me back out of the blue to make sure it was running great.

I wish all support was like Painless wiring support techs. They are awesome
