That looks like a fixed antenna from some other make adapted to (or mounted with) the Bronco bezel. I don't think you can buy one that way.

I agree. Looks like they are using the stock Bronco mount and bezel but fitting a fixed internal antenna through it. Thought some smarter people than me may know how to do it. The mount and Bezel can be bought but I'm on the hunt to use whatever "internals" Icon seems to be using.

Is the mount made with male or female threads for the antenna mast?

This one has a very poor picture, but I think might be female threads on the mast:

At least it lists the Ford P/N.

This one is black, but the mast that came off my '96 was bare SS, and has male threads:

Maybe that's enough to get you started?
The stock antenna looks to be a one piece retractable mast https://tomsoffroad.com/products/66...MI_f3ugNW1kAMViVB_AB1W1wKMEAQYASABEgL4h_D_BwE

I don't think you can just thread a fixed metal antenna into the OE base. There needs to be an antenna base to screw into that then run to the radio. What I'm trying to hunt down is what can take the place of the OE manual retractable antenna, still use the OE mount and bezel like the photo in the OP. Finding a mast is the easy part. The receiving end is where I'm beating my head against the wall.

It looks like I need something like this https://www.retromanufacturing.com/...MIwNiLq9a1kAMVC0B_AB1DXAmoEAQYAiABEgLLQvD_BwE

to be able to mount into this base https://www.cjponyparts.com/cj-clas...MI-r6O3da1kAMVVYDCCB39aTyXEAQYAyABEgJQ0fD_BwE
