Looks great! And I like that black line too!

Which flaring tool did you use? You did 37° on those AN fittings right? Single or double for those?

So that last pic, your "templates", did you make those and kinda mock up what you would bend at each spot?

I used a Mastercool flaring tool with 37* dies. If that’s what your using I’ll warn you that the dies are double flare. I just used the die and cone and skipped the first step for the double. I had to recess the tubing doing this so that the flare didn’t turn out huge.

Yes, I used the templates to mock up and with them I knew exactly where to start my bends.

And I only forgot to put the fitting on the tubing before I flared once

I haven’t decided on a flaring tool yet. I’d like one that does both 37 and 45 and I’d like one that I can do in a more compact area, like the master cool hydraulic one or one like it but seems like those only come with 45 or 37 and lots more to buy the 37 dies. It’s expensive already so really can’t decide which way to go. I’m doing mine with body on, so will be a little tougher.

I can’t decide about charcoal or not, I don’t remember having one on there when I first out in the EFI engine so I might try it without but haven’t decided. I’d like it underneath if I do put it. I’ll be shocked if I find room down there when I’m done though.

I'm leaning towards going with the Mastercool Hydraulic flaring tool. WAY pricey and doesn't come with 37 degree flares but it does come with push connect dies and can use that for the -AN fittings instead.

Will need to figure out which company makes the adapters that work best for me, but should prob wait until I have my Bronco back.

There are also some quick connect Transmission cooler lines...they are GM, but this flare tool does them too. Wonder if I can use the fuel quick connects for Trans cooling or if I should use the GM connection. There must be a reason they're different.

Fourth pic is templates I made for the bender, lines mark 0.

Which bender did you use?

Eastwood's tool is the best I've ever used.

I haven't used the best but this one is so smooth

Yup, it's one of those tools that you don't use a lot but when you need it you are glad you have it.

I wasn’t planning on doing to much with brakes and flaring tool since I was getting all the WH hard lines, but turns out I had to make some changes since the front lines didn’t match my setup and gotta say, this mastercool hydraulic flaring too rocks.

Had to replace the fitting on the end of the pass side and that was cake, and then too many curves in the short drivers side so just made a new one. So easy. Stainless is nothing for this thing.
