Floor Pan Replacement

Can anyone give me good advice on replacing my floor pans? I've located the new pans, but I'm not sure how to get the old rusted ones out. If I'm just doing the pans, do I have to weld in reinforcement to keep the body from sagging? I saw something on Trucks on TNN, but I can't remember how he did the floor pans.

I'm doing the same thing, except replacing the entire floor. I cut all mine out with a 4" grinder with metal cut off disc. Be careful not to cut any of the cables and tubing under the floor. Also, don't cut the cross braces--this is what keeps the body from sagging. There are some pretty good how-to sites out there on this procedure--I don't have the links, though. Good luck.
