Radio delete dash and they added a later model radio??

It's easy to be critical but I don't think that one is worth $74.5K.

Perfectly restored with a roll of wiring around the E-brake.

Like Bobby said, several things are not '66 correct. Tailgate, speedo, front hub lockouts, column shifter handle, distributor, and more.

Claiming low mileage on a non 66 speedometer is pretty bold. Should have a painted gas cap, turn signal lever incorrect, tailgate handle shouldn't be painted. No rear view mirror, missing wipers, wrong m/c cap, non 66 horn button. Wonder what it looks like underneath?

That HEI distributor really ruins the under the hood look for originality.

Windshield frame rain gutter/shield missing, no screw holes either. Probably a non U13 W/S frame.
Please mount the fender mirror straight and install some wipers!

Can anyone tell by other clues if those are original door inserts or not? They don't look like they fit like factory from here, but then maybe they were not always perfect.

The door inserts are wrong, one piece aftermarket units that were not properly fitted. The factory inserts had steel backing plates and fit very well with the body lines.

Haha! True. True.
But yes, two things actually come to mind. The door inserts and front grilles (at the grill-to-fender interface).
From Ford, the grille gap was perfect for every one that I ever saw. For the aftermarket replacements? Almost every one needs massaging to be acceptable.

Other than those things (and probably a few others), you're right even factory stuff was not up to snuff by today's standards.
We're totally spoiled now.
