Ford Part number decoding help

Can anyone help with this part number? Its an AC idler pulley bracket but I can't find what it fits and the part number looks a bit odd:

Think I answered my own question:

It does look similar to what I have on my 400, but not sure without finding it and comparing to your pic. Kind of reminds me more of what I used to see on 460's in trucks though.
And the D8 part at least signifies a '78 product, so that's consistent. That VH19W does look odd though, like I think you were saying.
