Frame measurements for rear body mounts

I had to replace the rear top of my frame, as it was rotted around where the rubber mounts rested. Somewhere in the last week I’ve misplaced the measurements that were supposed to help me drill the new holes. Argh.
I have a new hole saw, but could use some help in locating them.
Are they centered over the square access hole in the side of the frame?can someone take a measurement to some other frame point ( rear end, or rear face of the rear crossmember?)
