Front bench travel

My 69 Bronco original front bench seat was recovered but now after reinstallation it doesn't seem to travel all the way back to the bulkhead, leaving about 3" of room. I didn't specifically look how much room I had before so I don't remember. Is that about right? I feel a little cramped up when I drive now. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks

If they didn’t change the frame, or add any material to the backside, you’re probably just feeling thicker, upholstery padding.
Same thing with my stock bucket seats in the 68.
I’ve driven around in a lot of stock bucket seats, and these absolutely sit taller than others.
And it was just stock seats recovered and re-padded.
