Does anyone know if the front coil buckets are different heights on the frame rails my passenger side is 1/2” higher from the bottom of the frame than the driver side . Maybe the frame rails have a different bend in them from one side to the other is why it is like this ?

No, to my knowledge they are supposed to be the same.
However they are often found to be off, sometimes a fair amount. I would say your half inch is right up there.

It might’ve been done at the factory on purpose for a particular reason on your particular bronco, or it might’ve been a production mistake. We usually assume it’s a mistake, but there’s really no way to be sure unless somebody from assembly line tells us.

One of my local buddies here was building a bronco and it was 99% custom, off of a stock frame. When he was done it had a noticeable lean (probably had a lien too, with as much money has he put into it!) which he hadn’t expected because he’s been very careful about the radius arms.
He swapped springs side to side, swapped tires, redid the radius arm several times, and just couldn’t get rid of it.
Finally started measuring all the brackets and found a few of them were off, but especially the spring towers in the front.

So you’re not alone, but nobody wants to be the one to find it on theirs!

Thanks Paul ,I checked a third bronco frame an it was 3/8“ off in the opposite direction from the other 2 and the coil bucket was so crooked the spring was rubbing on the side of the coil bucket so they are not uniformly weld as you suggested

One of my radius arm brackets is welded on at a crazy angle compared to the other one. Almost like someone backed over a big rock or a cement filled metal pole at speed and wanged it forward.
Which is kind of what I thought for years because it had been used on a Montana hunting club property in it's early life and imperfections from the factory did not compute to me at that point. But no, I finally admitted that it must have been welded on that way from the factory.
