Front Driver's side fender/body mount question

I have noticed my front corner has started to sag. I checked under the hood and found my front body/fender mount ( metal bracket- not bushing) is completely destroyed and causing the whole front corner to sag ( including the grill and fender). I was wondering if anybody has had the same problem and what they had to do to fix it. I have been looking for replacement parts online and the pictures are not clear. Im not quite sure if it is an inner fender I need or a kick panel or something else. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
