I'll be the oddest one in the end bc I have an eyebrow grill with clear lenses that I plan to put on my 77. So my vote are the 66-68s.

kent wash.
A third option is to use late model size but use clear lenses from the 63 pick-ups, that's the way I went. And a amber blub if you are worried about legality.

You could always go with the rare added extra reflectors.

Are those the ones from Bronco Graveyard?

I like the 69-77 style, probably because I have a stock '70.

I got these from Andrew Norton so I would probably say they are from wild horses or Tom .

Man I thought this would be easy and it was till you guys started posting up pictures... I can't help it that I like them all.... I like the little ones with the amber lenses and I also like the period correct ones but my eb is not a purist by any means. I am going for the vintage exterior look with modern conveniences everywhere else. I am adding fog lights and will probably go the route of a cactus smasher with them mounted to it... good thing I keep my hair short or I would be pulling it out!

One of the best, inexpensive mods I did that improved my beat up old grill was to ditch those ugly oversized lamps that Ford hacked onto the EB grill without bothering to re-stamp the grill to properly fit them in there, was to go back to the original lamp/lens size. My vote is in! :-*

I switched to the 66-68 I liked the look with the black grill and it matched better with the head lights. what color you chose for the grill and body color might come into play with your decision for the lights;)
