Hey folks,

The PO installed the duff shock hoops on the front with the lower bolt on the radius arm cap. I can't use a front sway bar, right?

Now if I want to run the sway bar can I just remove the front shock and keep the Duff hoop? I can always get replacement caps from the vendors. Mine are kind of nasty anyway.

Thanks again,

Brett

Yes, you can continue to run the hoop and just utilize the mount(s) behind the coil springs. You don't even have to replace the caps (usually) as the lower mounts can be cut or ground off to make any clearance you need.

And I would just get the swaybar first, and see if you even need to. It's a good bet you will, but with every setup being slightly different, we're getting more and more used to not having any etched-in-stone results around here.;)
Rules of thumb... Yes. But absolutes? NEVER! Uh, I mean... not so much.;D

Good luck. Let us know how it works out.
